INSTRUCTED ALL HAND SINKS MUST BE FULLY ACCESSIBLE AND MAINTAINED IN WORKING ORDER AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
