ALSO NOTED THE LENGHT OF TIME OF WATER FLOW IS TOO SHORT IN MEN'S 4TH FLOOR WASHROOM AND SCATTERED THROUGHOUT PREMISES. MUST INCREASE FLOW TIME FOR ADEQUATE HAND WASHING.
