Instructed facility to correct and maintain so lids are closed at all times. Additionally observed the waste grease receptacle outside encrusted with grease and food debris on the top. Instructed facility to clean and maintain to help prevent pest harborage and feeding. Serious violation 7-38-020.

Instructed facility to replace and maintain. At the same cooler observed torn gaskets on both doors as well as the front counter 2 door prep cooler. Instructed facility to replace all and maintain.
