SLICED TURKEY FOUND AT 43.8F, CHICKEN TERIYAKI FOUND AT 44.2F, SLICED TOMATOES FOUND AT 46.5F, SPINACH FOUND AT 45.8F, STEAK FOUND AT 44.5F. TCS FOODS MUST BE HELD AT PROPER COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURE AT 41.0F OR BELOW. FOOD HAS BEEN DISCARDED AND DENATURED. FOOD WEIGHING APPROXIMATELY 30 LBS AT A COST OF $150.00.
