OUTSIDE GARBAGE WASTE GREASE AND STORAGE AREA; CLEAN, RODENT PROOF, ALL CONTAINERS COVERED - Comments: THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA IS NOT MAINTAINED. THERE IS GARBAGE AND LITTER ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE OF THE REAR EXIT OF THE RESTAURANT AND AROUND THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER IN THE PARKING LOT. ALSO, OBSERVED MULTIPLE BAGS OF GARBAGE OVERFLOWING OVER THE TOP OF THE DUMPSTER LIDS SO THAT THE LIDS COULD NOT BE CLOSED. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREAS AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE GARBAGE PICKUP SO THAT THE GARBAGE DOES NOT ACCUMULATE OVER THE TOP OF THE LIDS AND TO KEEP THE LIDS CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
