ALSO, OBSERVED MULTIPLE BAGS OF GARBAGE OVERFLOWING OVER THE TOP OF THE DUMPSTER LIDS SO THAT THE LIDS COULD NOT BE CLOSED. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREAS AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE GARBAGE PICKUP SO THAT THE GARBAGE DOES NOT ACCUMULATE OVER THE TOP OF THE LIDS AND TO KEEP THE LIDS CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE.
