MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREAS AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE GARBAGE PICKUP SO THAT THE GARBAGE DOES NOT ACCUMULATE OVER THE TOP OF THE LIDS AND TO KEEP THE LIDS CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE.
