OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA IS NOT BEING MAINTAINED CLEAN. OBSERVED CARDBOARD BOXES STACKED ON THE GROUND AGAINST THE DUMPSTER AND BUILDING WALL. OBSERVED GARBAGE LIDS UNABLE TO CLOSE DUE TO EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GARBAGE INSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER. ALSO OBSERVED OVER 30 RAT DROPPINGS ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE OF THE EXIT DOOR, AROUND THE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS AND ALONG THE BUILDING WALLS. ALSO OBSERVED LIQUID WASTE ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF THE DUMPSTERS. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE GARBAGE AREA. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
