All coolers have either duct tape or clear tape on them. Must remove tape from all coolers, and must repair all gaskets. Must maintain same. Found several cutting boards in front prep area heavily soiled and stained, with deep groves. Must resurface or replace these cutting boards. Must maintain same. Found excessive rust on shelves in the 1 door coca cola cooler in rear. Must remove rust or paint shelves. All surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Must maintain same.
