PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN - Comments: THE BASEMENT FLOOR IS CLUTTERED ALONG THE WALLS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST ELEVATE ALL ITEMS OFF THE FLOOR AND AWAY FROM WALLS OR REMOVE ITEMS.
