Also, found gap in ceiling of door frame where pest entry possible. Must seal hole in door frame to prevent pest entry. Also must paint or seal raw wood surface in top of door way. All surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Found excessive dust build up on the 2 ceiling vent covers on the Indian Swaad side of front prep area. Must remove dust, detail clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.
