MANAGER DID NOT HAVE A RECORD OF TEMPERATURE LOG FOR COOKED PIZZA ON 12/21/2020. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DISCARD AND DENATURE FOOD IMMEDIATELY. FOOD WEIGHING APPROXIMATELY 20 LBS AT A COST OF $100.00F. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
