STORED IN THE PREP COOLERS, WALK-IN COOLER AND WALK-IN FREEZER WITHOUT A STATE OR CITY CERTIFIED HACCP PLAN ON THE PREMISES. MANAGEMENT DISCARDED THE VACUUM PACKAGED FOODS AND A HELD FOR INSPECTION TAG WAS PLACED ON THE VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE.
