INSTRUCTED TO HAVE HOT WATER (AT LEAST 110F) AND COLD WATER SUPPLIED TO SINKS ON THE MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
