Continued to observe evidence of rodent(s) through mice droppings over 100(mice droppings) in various areas of the premises, on bottoms of rear food prep tables and beneath front service counter(s) and on and around refrigeration units (beneath the motor components of coolers) at rear 3 compartment sink areas along the west wall also on top of boxes of shortening(lard). Pest control service was reccomended and no recent visit from pest control co. since canvass inspection conducted on 2/21/14.Instructed management to clean,sanitize all affected areas,seal noticeable openings where noted to management,Pest control company must be notified for service. Critical violation 7-42-090.
