Observed female cashier ringing up customers orders, handling cash register, wipe hands on wet cloth behind service counter and procceded to grab hot dog buns and make food order without proper hand washing per city code. Instructed that food handler/cashier must properly wash hands between all duties. Critical citation issued 7-38-010(A).

Instructed to remove all rodent activity and have licensed pest control service premises. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
