ALL WINDEX BOTTLES WERE REMOVED FROM PREP AREA,INSTRUCTED TO STORE TOXIC ITEMS AWAY FROM FOOD AND FOOD PRODUCTS. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-005(A).
