ONE EXPOSED HAND SINK DID NOT HAVE HOT OR COLD RUNNING WATER AND THE OTHER EXPOSED HAND SINK DID NOT HAVE COLD RUNNING WATER. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO HAVE FOOD HANDLER'S USE EXPOSED HAND SINK THAT IS ON THE OTHER END (ABOUT 20 FEET) OF THE HOT FOODS PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR BOTH SAID EXPOSED HAND SINKS IN POOR REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
