HOT WATER TEMPERATURE AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION WAS 60F. ENGINEER ON SITE REPAIR HOT WATER AND BY THE END OF THE INSPECTION HOT WATER AT SAID WASH BOWL WAS AT 85F.
