INFORMED MANAGER THAT HOT WATER TEMPERATURE AT HAND SINKS MUST BE AT LEAST 100F. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR BEFORE RE INSPECTION DATE AND ENSURE HOT WATER TEMP OF AT LEAST 100F.
