INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE ALL DAMAGED BAKING RACKS, REMOVE ALL BURNT ON FOODS FROM BAKING EQUIPMENT OR REPLACE AND MAINTAIN.-----NOTED ON SEVERAL HAND SINK SPLASH GUARDS RUBBER GUARDS ON THE METAL SIDE SPLASH GUARDS PEELING OFF. MUST REPLACE/REPAIR/SECURE.
