MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE FLOOR IN THE MOP SINK CLOSET, FLOOR SOUNDING THE DISHWASHING/PREP AREA, ON THE FLOOR IN THE ICE MACHINE STORAGE AREA, ON THE FLOORS SURROUNDING COOKING EQUIPMENT AND PREP TABLES, ON THE FLOOR IN THE STORAGE ROOM NEAR THE REAR EXIT DOOR, ON TWO CUTTING BOARDS STORED ON THE LOWER SHELF OF CLEAN DISHWARE, ON THE SHELF UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLE.
