SEWAGE AND WASTE WATER DISPOSAL, NO BACK SIPHONAGE, CROSS CONNECTION AND/OR BACK FLOW - Comments: GREASE TRAP NO LONGER OVERFLOWING,HOWEVER IMPEDED GREASE ON WALLS,FLOORS AND PIPES AREA NOT CLEANED,UNDER THE GREASE CONTAINER WE(OWNER,SUPERVISOR AND MYSELF)OBSERVED STANDING WATER/GREASE AND WHITE FOAM ON WATER.FLOOR STILL WITH GREASE THAT STICKS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOES.GREASE AT EXTERIOR OF THE GREASE TRAP.OBSERVED CONTAINER AND A LARGE DUST PAN THAT WAS USED TO CLEAN GREASE TRAP WITH GREASE ON IT.FILTHY CONTAINER WAS LEFT BY THE GREASE TRAP AND FILTHY DUST PAN WAS LEFT AT EAST WALL. NEED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE AREA DUE TO BASEMENT HAS CHEST FREEZERS AND FOOD DRY STORAGE. CRITICAL VIOLATION REMAINS.
