SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-005(A). #18-OVER 50 MICE DROPPINGS IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OF PREMISES: BEHIND REACH-IN COOLER IN SERVING AREA,BEHIND FRONT COUNTERS ALONG WALL BY FRONT WINDOW AND LEDGE OF THE WINDOW AT SAME AREA.DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED AT REAR STORAGE AREA UNDER SHELVES AND BEHIND THE REACH-IN FREEZERS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND SANITIZE AREA MENTIONED. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-020. CRITICAL VIOLATION:7-42-090 STILL TODAY 1-21-14 OBSERVED FRESH WATER PIPE LEAKING IN BASEMENT /STORAGE.CEILING LEAK HAS BEEN CORRECTED, REPAIRED. OBSERVED SOME MICE DROPPINGS THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES OF FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR. DROPPINGS WERE REMOVED DURING THE INSPECTION AND AFFECTED AREAS CLEANED.
