OBSERVED HEAVY FOOD DEBRIS AND TRASH BUILT UP ON THE FLOOR IN THE CORNER ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE WALK IN COOLER DOOR IN THE REAR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DETAIL CLEAN BELOW ALL ITEMS TO REMOVE HEAVY GREASE AND DEBRIS BUILD UP.
