ADDITIONAL CUSTOMER SEATING HAS BEEN ADDED TO A ROOM ADJACENT TO THE FOOD PREPARATION AREA WHICH REQUIRES CUSTOMERS TO PASS THROUGH THE FRONT PASTRY DISPLAY AREA FOUND WITH UNCOVERED/UNPROTECTED PASTRIES AND INTO THE FOOD PREPARATION AREA ALSO PASSING PREP TABLES, METAL RACK SHELVING WITH STORED UNPROTECTED BREADS. OBSERVED CUSTOMERS SITTING IN AREA AND LEAVING AREA TO EXIT UPON ARRIVAL AND INITIAL INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS ACCESS TO THE SEATING AREA UNTIL CREATING BARRIERS, SHIELDS, WALLS OR A SEPARATE ENTRANCE WAY TO SEATING. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-005(A).
