NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: FOUND THE BACK KITCHEN EXIT DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED. THE CEMENT UNDER THE DOOR IS BROKEN AND SOME CEMENT IS MISSING. MUST REMOVE THE BROKEN CEMENT AND PUT DOWN NEW CEMENT SO NO GAPS OR OPENINGS UNDER THE DOOR AND REPLACE THE BROKEN WEATHER STRIP TOO. FOUND 20-25 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE FOOD/DRY GOODS STORE ROOMS.
