FOUND 60-70 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE WASHROOM BY THE HOT WATER TANK AND BY THE HAND SINK, ON THE FLOOR OF THE DRY STORAGE ROOM UNDER THE SHELVES, ON THE FLOOR IN THE REAR AREA BY THE STORAGE AREA NEAR REAR DOOR AND ON THE BOTTOM OF A PREP TABLE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO NEXT WEEK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) ISSUED.
