Found raw eggs stored above potatoes, onions, cheeses, etc. Must store all raw potentially hazardous foods (raw eggs) below uncooked, non-potentially hazardous and/or ready to eat foods to prevent cross contamination. Operator rearranged contents of cooler during inspection. Serious violation 7-38-005(a).
