FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES: CLEANED & SANITIZED - Comments: OBSERVED ACCUMULATED PINK/BLACK SLIME AND DIRT BUILD UP INSIDE ICE MACHINE DRIPPING INTO ICE, ICE USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST CLEAN INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE AND MAINTAIN. ALL ICE INSIDE THE ICE MACHINE WAS VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED AT THIS TIME. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-005.
