Blocked or unsupplied sinks force employees to skip handwashing, spreading fecal bacteria and viruses to food.
Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.
Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 10 RODENT DROPPINGS ON FLOORS ALONG METAL COUNTER NEAR WINDOW, AND 25 RODENTS DROPPINGS UNDER DASANI COOLER IN 2ND FLOOR DESPENSING ROOM. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 28 RODENT DROPPINGS IN 1ST FLOOR DISPENSING ROOM ON FLOORS NEAR WINDOWS , BEHIND DASANI COOLERS AND DRY STORAGE AREA NEAR FRONT DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS.MUST ELIMINATE PEST ISSUE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020(A).

OBSERVED TWO URINALS NOT FLUSHING IN BOYS ROOM 301,AND GIRLS ROOM 305 (1ST TOILET OUT OF ORDER). INSTRCUETD TO REPAIR AND MANITAIN.
