OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 28 RODENT DROPPINGS IN 1ST FLOOR DISPENSING ROOM ON FLOORS NEAR WINDOWS , BEHIND DASANI COOLERS AND DRY STORAGE AREA NEAR FRONT DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS.MUST ELIMINATE PEST ISSUE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020(A).
