HANDS CLEAN & PROPERLY WASHED - Comments: OBSERVED ONE EMPLOYEE WITH GLOVES ON, CONSTANTLY DRYING FOREHEAD AND UPPER LIP UNDER THE NOSE WITH UPPER GLOVED HAND, ALSO REMOVED HIS GOWN AT PREP ROTESSIRIE, WENT TO BUTCHER'S AREA AND PUT ON AN APRON GOING IN AND OUT OF THE BUTCHER'S AREA WITH GLOVES ON WITHOUT REMOVING GLOVES OR HANDWASHING HANDLING RAW CHICHEN BY PUT THEM AT SKEWER ROTISSERIE TO COOK. OBSERVED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WASHING HANDS DRYING WITH PAPER, AND BARE HANDS PULLING OUT THE GARBAGE CONTAINER UNDER THE PREP TABLE TO DISCARD USED PAPER TOWELS BY PUSHING THEM DOWN TO OTHER GARBAGE. RETURNED TO PREP TABLE PICKED UP FOOD GLOVES TO GONE THEM. I EXPLAINED TO THE MANAGER HANDWASHING AND GLOVES PROCEDURE MANAGER CORRECTED THE ISSUE AND OBSERVED EMPLOYEES WASHING THEIR HANDS ACCORDINGLY. PRIORITY VIOLATION:7-38-010,CITATION ISSUED
