THE BAGS OF SOUP WERE OBSERVED THAWING IN THE SINK WITHOUT ANY COLD RUNNING WATER. MANAGEMENT DISCARDED 8 GALLONS OF SOUP WORTH $104. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
