THE DRAIN IS CLOGGED, AND THE BASIN IS FILLED WITH WATER AFTER USING THE HAND-WASHING SINK TO WASH HANDS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AT ALL TIMES.
