CLEAN BOTTOMS OF FRYERS TO REMOVE GREASE, CLEAN EXTERIOR OF COOKING EQUIPMENT WHERE NEEDED AND CLEAN INTERIOR OF PREP COOLER AT BOTTOM. ALSO CLEAN EXTERIOR OF BULK STORAGE CONTAINERS AND TABLE WHERE CONTAINERS ARE STORED.
