INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL HAND WASHING FACILITIES MUST HAVE SANITARY HAND WASHING DEVICES OR PAPER TOWEL ALL THE TIMES. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL 7-38-030. MANAGER ASKED ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEE TO PUT PAPER TOWEL DURING INSPECTION.
