Operator removed said foods at time of inspection. Instructed facility that all food is to be adequately protected/shielded at all times and to maintain. Serious violation 7-38-005(a).

Also found 5 small flies near the main dishwasher and 20 small flies at the bar (on the ceiling and around the far end). Instructed facility to remove all pests and maintain. Recommended to contact a licensed pest control provider for service. Serious violation 7-38-020.
