PREVIOUS MINOR VIOLATION(S) CORRECTED 7-42-090 - Comments: PREVIOUS MINOR VIOLATIONS FROM #1515832 ON 1-13-15 NOT CORRECTED. #32-INSTRUCTED FACILITY TO INSTALL A SPLASH GUARD ON THE LEFT/EAST SIDE OF THE EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE KITCHEN, BETWEEN THE SINK AND THE CLEAN DISH RACK OR REMOVE THE DISH RACK AND CLEAN DISHWARES TO PREVENT POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION. #35- OBSERVED PEELING PAINT ON THE CEILING IN THE DRY GOODS CLOSET. INSTRUCTED FACILITY TO REPAIR SO SURFACES ARE SMOOTH AND TO MAINTAIN. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-42-090. NO CITATION.
