Establishment has a 15 gallon hot water tank and performing mutiple duties and serving and preparing foods on premises. Hot water at 83.2 F at sinks. Instructed that establishment must have hot running water under city pressure. Recommend installing larger adequate size hot water tank to maintain hot running water during all times of operation. Critical citation issued 7-38-030.

Front double set of entry doors has 1/4 inch gap across bottom. Instructed to rodent proof doors to prevent rodent and insect entry. Observed approximately 15 plus gnats in food prep area around drainboard and utility sink. Instructed to remove all evidence and detail clean areas. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
