Establishment has a 15 gallon hot water tank and performing mutiple duties and serving and preparing foods on premises. Hot water at 83.2 F at sinks. Instructed that establishment must have hot running water under city pressure. Recommend installing larger adequate size hot water tank to maintain hot running water during all times of operation. Critical citation issued 7-38-030.
