Observed food handler enter front salad station prep area, touch face with both hands, then put on single use gloves, next prepped pizza boxes and then prepped/handled 2 slices of pizza for customer/s. Food handler failed to wash hands before preparing and or handling foods. Informed the manager that food handlers must wash hands between tasks. Manager corrected violations during.
