OBSERVED A FOOD HANDLER PICK UP A HAND TOWEL OFF THE FLOOR AND CONTINUE TO HANDLE FOOD AND FOOD CONTACT SURFACES WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. MUST PROPERLY WASH HANDS BETWEEN TASKS. ALSO, NOTED THE HAND SINK IN THE 1ST FLOOR PREP AREA OBSTRUCTED WITH UTENSILS AND FOOD DEBRIS. MUST REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE SINK TO ALLOW FOR PROPER HAND WASHING.
