MANAGER VOLUNTARILY TURNED UP THE TEMPERATURE ON THE HOT HOLDING UNIT. COLD FOOD MUST MAINTAIN TEMP OF 40F OR LESS,HOT FOOD MUST MAINTAIN A TEMP OF 140F AND ABOVE.
