NOTED EXCESS OIL ACCUMULATING ON THE ELECTRICAL CONDUIT LINE CONNECTED THE LIGHTS ABOVE THE COOK LINE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. #34 OBSERVED BOXES OF RESTAURANT SUPPLIES (GLOVES, SODA, PACKAGING PRODUCTS) BEING STORED ON THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT NEAR THE STAIRS. INSTRUCTED TO STORE ALL ITEMS AT LEAST 6 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR. OBSERVED ACCUMULATION OF PARTICULATE MATTER ON THE FLOOR IN THE CABINETS UNDER THE SODA MACHINES. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. ALSO IN THE CABINETS UNDER THE SODA MACHINE, NOTED A GAP BETWEEN IN THE TILES NEAR THE FRAME OF THE CABINET WHERE DEBRIS IS COLLECTING. INSTRUCTED TO FILL THE GAP SO THAT THE AREA IS EASILY CLEANABLE. NOTED BROKEN AND LOOSE TILES AROUND THE FLOOR DRAIN AT THE FRY WASHING 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THE FLOOR AROUND THE DRAIN TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. #35 OBSERVED BROWNISH COLORED STAINS ON THE WALL BELOW THE DISH WASHING 3 COMPARTENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. OBSERVED SEVERAL AREAS OF THE CEILING IN THE DISHROOM WHERE PAINT IS BUBBLING/PEELING. INSTRUCTED TO REFINISH THE CEILING SO THAT IT IS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
