ALSO CLEAN EXTERIOR SURFACES OF BULK CONTAINERS. #55 INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN WALLS AND FLOORS AROUND, UNDER AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE DIRT, GREASE AND RODENT DROPPINGS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE CEILING VENTS IN THE KITCHEN TO REMOVE DUST, CLEAN VENT ON THE CEILING IN THE WASHROOM TO REMOVE DUST. #58 ALL CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SERVICE MANAGERS MUST OBTAIN THE REQUIRED FOOD ALLERGEN TRAINING.
