INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: FOUND 15 RODENT DROPPINGS ON THE LOWER SHELF OF THE CABINET (BY THE STOVE) IN THE KITCHEN AREA AND 10 RODENT DROPPINGS IN THE CORNERS/ALONG THE WALLBASE OF THE DRY STORAGE AREA. ALSO, FOUND 5 SMALL LIVE FLIES IN SEVERAL TOILET ROOMS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND SMALL FLIES, SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(a) CITATION ISSUED.
