OBSERVED 2 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE ELECTRICAL ROOM, 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE CORNER OF THE LUNCH ROOM, 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE JANITOR'S CLOSET BETWEEN THE WASHROOMS AND ADJACENT TO THE LUNCH ROOM, 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE LOCKERS OF THE WOMEN'S LOCKER ROOM, AND 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN ROOM 105. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). NO CITATION ISSUED.
