DURING THE LICENSE INSPECTION ON 11/8/16 REPORT#1971012 THE FACILITY PROVIDED CHLROINE TEST STRIPS BUT HAVE SINCE LOST THE TEST STRIPS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE CHLORINE TEST STRIPS FOR THE LOW TEMPERATURE DISH MACHINE AND MAINTAIN. FACILITY IS NOT CURRENTLY OPEN OR OPERATING AT THIS TIME.
