Clean equipment interiors and exteriors; Walls, ceilings, floors clean; Remove grease and debris; Clean as often as necessary.

MUST REPLACE MISSING TILE AROUND GREASE TRAP AND RESTORE FLOOR SURFACE TO A SMOOTH EASILY CLEANABLE CONDITION. OBSERVED WALL UNDER DISH MACHINE IN POOR REPAIR AND NOT SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MUST REPAIR WALL AND MAINTAIN. OBSERVED WALL ON PILLAR IN COOKING AREA WITH COVING NOT SEALED. SEAL COVING.
