PREVIOUS MINOR VIOLATION(S) CORRECTED 7-42-090 - Comments: Found observed previous minor violations #34,#35,#36, not corrected(not in full compliance)from inspection report #604217, dated 5/12/2011. at time of inspection on 11/02/2011, Violation #34 floor in boiler room had peeling paint, exposed concrete, shall be repair/sealed.#35 Walls, ceilings that had peeling paint in kitchen prep area shall be repaired/sealed. Peeling paint/plaster in boiler room shall be repaired/sealed. Missing ceiling tiles in gym(main building)shall be provided. Exposed insulation in boiler room shall be repaired/sealed.#36 Missing/broken light shields in classrooms, bathrooms in main building, annex building shall be provided/replaced. Light shields in hallways, classrooms, kitchen area not clean need cleaning, light shields in annex building need detailed cleaning.see attached copy of report #604217, dated 5/12/2011. Smooth, non-porous in food areas; Properly sloped to drains; Coving at wall junctures; Kept clean; Good repair.
