OBSERVED LIVE FRUIT FLIES IN THE DISHROOM, PREP AREA, STORAGE AREAS AND HALLWAYS. APPROXIMATELY 20 FRUIT FLIES WERE OBSERVED ON WALLS, CEILING AND EQUIPMENT IN THESE AREAS. ORKIN TECHNICIAN WAS ONSITE DURING THE INSPECTION TO PROVIDE A PEST CONTROL INSPECTION. MUST MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
