THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS..., ON THE FLOOR IN CORNERS OF DRY STORAGE CONNECTED TO THE PREP AREA AND SCATTERED ON LOWER SHELVES IN BETWEEN PRODUCTS, ON THE FLOOR IN THE CLOSET WHERE TOXIC CHEMICALS ARE STORED. NOTED APPROXIMATLEY 12 SMALL BLACK LIVE FLIES FLYING THROUGHOUT 2ND FLOOR CLASSROOMS AND SHARED TOILET ROOM. RECOMMENDED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE ON-PREMISE. MUST ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY.
